1.自然搭接式

1. Natural overlap type

板型接縫的特點就是從水泥石棉波形瓦的形式延續(xù)而來，不過這種傳統(tǒng)的扣合方法少要搭接一個半的波距。彩鋼瓦在安裝的時候，波距比較大，如果用作屋面的話，搭接一個半波，會大大地提高制作的經(jīng)濟成本，所以不少采用搭接一個波的做法，這種屋面板接縫在防水方面會存在一定的隱患。

2.防水空腔式

這種方式是在兩個扣合邊處會形成一個4mm左右的空腔，這種空腔上有兩塊鋼板在附著的時候形成的毛細管路，同時空腔的水柱會對室內(nèi)外的大氣進行平衡，但是會造成雨水滲入室內(nèi)的情況。這種搭接方式已經(jīng)應(yīng)用到新一代壓型板的斷面設(shè)計中，是一種非常經(jīng)濟有效的方法，目前選用這種方法做屋面的比較多。

咬口式的搭接方式有180°和360°兩種，使用咬邊機將板材的兩邊接邊咬合在一起，

180°咬邊在拼接過后不會那么緊密，360°是一種非常緊密的咬合方式，與白鐵工的手工咬邊比較相似，具有一定氣密性的作用。這種版型的防水性能非常地好，但是造價也比較高。

4.扣蓋式

扣蓋式采用的是兩百對稱的設(shè)置，兩邊采用的是卡口構(gòu)造，安裝完畢之后扣上扣蓋。這種是利用的空腔式的原理，但是扣板的使用量比較大。
